B. Budget: Kriss says we are in good shape financially and that our budget remains healthy. Discussion on the coffee pot situation in relation to our budget occurred with said discussion to continue on a future date.
C. Tapestry: Kriss reported that Philadelphia and New York have peace museums we might look into. We received a no from Boston for the tapestry and have not heard from Indiana yet.
IX. Old Business: None
IX. New Business:
A. Discussion on the Bylaws, especially the one concerning the expansion of what is to be considered “composition” in music. Ruthy will let us know how this turns out.
B. Webinars: Many of the e-mails on Webinars from National are only sent to a few people. Ruthy will talk to the NLAPW president about this. Meanwhile, Diane will forward these e-mails to everyone.
X. Announcements: Because of some situations that have happened with a few of our members, we are asking everyone to send family or other contact information to Kelly Ann. The information will be kept confidential and only used in urgent situations. Sending this information is optional.

Today’s presenter was Melody Jones. She spoke about and guided us through the world of social media.
Respectfully submitted,
Kelly Ann Compton, Secretary
